Hot water failed twice during my five-night stay, quite the inconvenience. The heating system felt overbearing. the room was too warm and the bathroom radiator seemed permanently scalded. Shower space was tight, making it a hassle for anyone with a little bit of size. Breakfast lacked variety, with no mushrooms, and only a meager offering of teabags leading to weak brews without options for jam or fresh fruit unless prompted. No one on-site to hand keys to when I left, and cleaning services were noticeably absent. The overall experience felt a bit cheap and underwhelming for the price paid—definitely not the best deal compared to nearby options.

I loved the spacious room with a super king size bed. it felt luxurious! The daily cleaning and fresh towels were such a nice touch. the pillows were a bit flat for my liking.

I enjoyed my stay here thanks to its close proximity to the beautiful Bridlington Sea Front, just a few steps away, and the Bridlington Contemporary Gallery, which was a delightful spot to explore during my walks around the city. it's the perfect base for anyone who loves discovering new landmarks on foot. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the cozy single room that provided a peaceful retreat after my daily adventures, but I did notice that the breakfast options could use a bit more variety.

We booked a triple room for 2 nights, but left after the first. The kitchen was closed due to a flood, so no breakfast! Staff were MIA, and we felt super let down. The location was decent, but honestly, everything else was a bummer. I won’t be coming back here.

I appreciated the easy check-in process by messaging when we were 15 minutes away. I faced some issues. The bathroom was overly hot, even with the radiator off, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The TV was poorly secured on the wall, creating a safety hazard. The lack of staff availability was off-putting. No one was around for us to hand in our keys. Breakfast wasn't available as promised, which left me disappointed. I enjoyed the stay but had concerns regarding comfort and service.

We stayed 2 nights and the place was super clean. Had a great shower! The kids loved it, and we all slept really well. The location was perfect for the beach and restaurants. Only wish there was an onsite dining option since we had to venture out for meals. would recommend it!
